KEY SHOTS · SHARED REVIEW · A CLEAR DIRECTIONWe begin the first pass with our initial conversation, your references, and your inspirations guiding the development of your look.
In a live session, we review key shots from each scene with you, discuss what’s working, and refine the direction together. This is where we make sure we’re aligned on the look before completing the grade.

THE COMPLETED GRADE · THE AGREED DELIVERABLESWith the direction established, we complete the final pass and carry the look through the project.
We then prepare the agreed assets for delivery, according to the requirements discussed at the start.

BEFORE THE FIRST FRAME IS SHOT
A look to light
and shoot for.
Establishing the look before shooting gives your team a direction to light and shoot for. We work with directors and cinematographers on look development and show LUTs that give production a shared visual starting point.
We call these digital stocks: much like choosing a film stock, they help the team light, expose, and make creative decisions with the intended look in mind.
A show LUT helps you work closer to that direction on set. The final grade is where we refine it across the project.
